The Pink Pony restaurant is closed unit Fall 2013, according to information posted on the Maricopa County Environmental Services website.
The City of Scottsdale issued a "Demolition - COMM" permit (Permit Number: 195948) for the Pink Pony building on July 9, 2013, according to online records. The builder is GSS Companies Inc.
This Scottsdale landmark was originally built in 1969. SL LLC is the building's owner.
